Delivery Policy
Once you’ve confirmed your order, please allow 48 to 72 hours (business days) to receive your beautiful shoes. Shipping is exclusively offered in mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
This time includes packaging and shipping your items, and depending on the order volume and time of year, these steps may take more or less time.

Return and Exchange Policy
Small tip: always try on your shoes with clean feet, as refunds or store credits will only be possible if the item is received in perfect condition.
Situation 1: I like the item, the size fits, I love Ïsis with all my heart.

Situation 2: I don't like the item.
If you don't like the shoes, a return is possible. Returns will only be accepted if the request is validated by customer service and if the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged.
Return shipping costs will not be charged to you as part of your first initial order for the launch of our Fraïche collection.

Situation 3: The shoe size doesn't fit, but I like the item.
If the shoe size doesn't fit, an exchange is possible.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the request is validated by customer service and if the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged.

When approved by customer service, exchanges are at the buyer's expense, and we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues with the carrier you choose. We recommend shipping with signature confirmation.
Return shipping will be covered for orders over 220 euros during the initial order.
