4. Pricing

The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the seller agrees to charge the goods ordered at the price indicated when the order is placed.
5. Ordering Process
The customer who wishes to place an order must follow the following procedure:
- The customer selects their model and size.
- Once the model and correct size are selected based on availability, the customer selects their shoes.
The customer agrees to provide their measurements or the measurements of the person for whom the product is intended with precision (a detailed guide is provided for this purpose on the "Size Guide" page here).

It is advised to keep and print this document as the official proof of the order. Any order placed is considered as acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS agrees to honor orders received on its website only within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability of the ordered products, ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS will contact the customer by email as soon as possible to inform them of cancellation or refund options.
- Once the order is validated, the selected product is shipped. The delay between order validation and shipment is a maximum of 48 to 72 hours, except in cases of exceptional activity.
- Order shipment confirmation: The customer receives an email confirming the shipment of their order. The contract is considered concluded at the date of this email's dispatch.

6. Payments

7. Delivery
ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS delivers to the following countries: France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer, with the understanding that it must be the customer’s residential address or that of a physical or legal person of their choice.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the accurate and complete information necessary for the proper delivery of the order (such as, notably: street number, building number, stairwell, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).
Delivery is considered completed once the order is made available to the customer by the carrier. The tracking system used by the carrier is considered proof.
In the event of an inability to deliver due to an incorrect delivery address, a re-shipment may occur at the customer’s expense. ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery that are not its fault or are justified by 'force majeure'.
In the case of a delay beyond the expected delivery time, the customer may write here to inquire about the delivery status and agree on a reasonable additional delivery time.
If the customer has not received their order by the end of this new reasonable delivery time, without any fault on their part, they can cancel the sale by writing here and receive a refund of all amounts paid for the order within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days, via the payment method used during the order
8. Right of Withdrawal
The site of ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS applies Article L.121-20-12 of the Consumer Code: the customer has 14 days to return the item without any particular reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, up to 220 euros of purchase.
However, this right of withdrawal will be subject to verification procedures regarding the non-use, damage to the product, or the return of an incomplete or damaged order, including packaging.
ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS reserves the right not to refund the customer in the event of non-compliance with these conditions. To inform us of a product return, the customer can send an email here.
9. Exchange, Credit
a. The product size doesn't fit the customer, and they wish to exchange it.
If the size of the item doesn't fit the customer, an exchange is possible.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the request is validated by customer service and if the items are returned in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged. Once validated by customer service, the return shipping of the products is the buyer's responsibility, and we cannot be held responsible for any delivery issues with the carrier you choose. We recommend returning the package with a signature confirmation.
Shipping costs for the exchanged product will be the customer's responsibility for purchases under 220 euros.
To request an exchange: the customer can send an email here.
Due to very limited stock, all requests must be made no later than 5 days after receiving the package.
In the event that an exchange is absolutely impossible, ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS offers the customer a store credit to be used until the new collection, following the initial purchase.
10. Legal Warranties
The products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided by Articles 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code and the warranty for hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
These warranties cover hidden and apparent defects from the date of delivery.
The only obligation of ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS under this warranty is, at its discretion, the free replacement or repair of products deemed defective, without any further service or compensation.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use of the product, normal wear and tear from use, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.
To benefit from the warranty on products, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice and the delivery receipt.
The presence of an apparent defect on a product must be reported here.
Any complaint must specify the defect in question. If not, the complaint will not be accepted, and no return or exchange will be possible.
The product must be returned, in its original packaging, with the references of the original order and a copy of the complaint to the headquarters of ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS after sending an email reporting the apparent defect of the product mentioned above.
In the case of an apparent defect, depending on the content of the customer’s complaint, either a credit note will be issued to the customer or a full refund will be provided within 14 (fourteen) days.
Failure to follow the return procedure will result in no exchange, refund, or credit note being possible.
11. Liability
The seller's liability cannot be invoked if the non-performance or delay in the performance of any of its obligations described in these terms and conditions results from a case of force majeure.
In this regard, force majeure is understood as any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
The seller's liability cannot also be invoked in the event of a disruption or total or partial strike of postal services.
Furthermore, ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages that may result from access to or use of the website and/or its information, including its inaccessibility, data loss, damage, destruction, or viruses that may affect the Client's computer equipment and/or the presence of viruses on the webite.
ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS strives to provide reliable content on the website.
However, despite all its efforts, the seller cannot guarantee that the Site is free from inaccuracies or omissions, and ÏSIS CHERIE FRANCE SAS cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions, or for the unavailability of information and services.
